nickodemus is a giant step resident dj and regularly spins at nyc
based events such as the jazz/hiphop fusion party 'turntables on
the hudson'. in addition to his east coast appearances, he has been
featured at clubs across the us, europe, and latin america
including jazz it up (san francisco), bossanova (los angeles), the
cooker (leeds), and sunshine (vienna). his mush debut, 'a new day'
and full length 'earth, wind, & water' with guests shingo and
kinetic follows a string of compilation releases including 'orchard
compilation vols. i and ii', 'organic grooves vol. i', and
'turntables on the hudson vol. i' as well as the codek mix cd
'audio messages'. along the way, nickodemus has shared the lime
light with such jazzy groove and deep house moguls as gilles
peterson, jazznova, norman jay, and ron trent and toured europe
with percussionist mino cenilu (miles davis, weather report). the
3-dimensional best of many worlds, nickodemus is a purveyor of
sound and patriarch of dance floor order.

here nickodemus collaborates with osiris to create a beautiful
downtempo track for part 1. for part 2 he takes it a bit more
uptempo in a afrobeat style.
