a new hybrid strain of dark drum&bass and garage began to emerge
about a year ago with tracks like phuturistix' "551 blues" and
landslide's "the jupiter effect". maddslinky, normally known as
zed bias for his uk garage remixes, has taken time to explore
a darker more experimental tip, and plans to take it even further.
these tracks are merely a taste of an upcoming maddslinky lp. in
addition to that, and a full length phuturistix project, bias
is also working on an as-yet unnamed collaboration with landslide.
exciting things are happening here for those craving a dark but
soulful source direct or early moving shadow type sound, updated
for the next century.
