"GO" is an album recorded by Lotek after two trips to
Russia and trips to Eastern Europe. There are many guest
appearances on the album: including a young Polish
singer Envil, deepvoiced Hungarian Sena. Few words from
Russiaian label - 2-99: on one of the tracks you can
hear Meteorita Kostrelli (one of the craziest Russian
-speaking MC) and 2-99 founder - Georg Korg. On the
other, 2-99's in-house designer, dabob, plays the psaltry.
Tracks are read in English, Polish, Russian and Hungarian.
In music, some of the most well-know live instruments
such as bass, electro-guitar, wind instruments and even
psaltry are used. However at the same time "GO" is more
than other his projects related to Lotek himself. This is
basically Wayne Lotek as he is: open, witty, sometimes
biting and sarcastic, sometimes sad and pensive. And
that's why the lyrics came out to be smart and funny at
the same time, the beats - powerfull and original, and
the album - trully international.
