   This is CD was issued last year jointly by the Calouste Gulbenkian
   Foundation and Songlines magazine in support of a second tour that
   featured some (if not all) of the artists featured. It was sent out
   only to Songline subscibers and UK press only (as far as I'm aware).
   The back of the CD broke down the tracks by region, which I have done
   below.
