   Held By Evil is the debut full-length album by Burial Ruthless, a
   technical death metal band based in Spain and originally formed in
   Venezuela.
   The album explores corruption, oppression, psychological collapse and the
   destruction of human identity. Across 11 tracks, the record develops a
   dark conceptual cycle driven by violence, fear and manipulation. The band
   combines progressive brutal death and technical death metal without
   losing sight of old-school aggression and identity.
   All of this is delivered through a modern, fresh and oppressive sound
   with intense atmospheres and chaotic structures. Tracks like "Demons
   Within" and "Mutilated Mind" showcase the band's raw and disturbing
   identity. The album constantly moves between brutality, atmosphere and
   emotionally destructive passages. Its lyrical narrative reflects the
   collapse of individuals trapped within systems of control and suffering.
   The production maintains an organic and aggressive approach while
   preserving clarity, heaviness and precision.
