Frequency Variations was recorded at Watford School of Art in
1974, at the time when Brian Eno was making a workshop on
electronic music and introduced Gilbert and West his technique for
two reel to reel tape recorders. Bruce Gilbert was also a member
of the acclaimed new wave band Wire.
