     "The long awaited re-issue of for many fans David Tibet, Steven
     Stapleton and Michael Cashmore's finest work; the Inmost Light
     trilogy. Made up of three albums; 'Where The Long Shadows Fall',
     'All the Pretty Little Horses', and 'The Starres Are Marching
     Sadly Home' this is an epic set in every sense of the word,
     exploring the outer realms of the neo-folk sound and mastering it
     effortlessly. The first disc 'Where the Long Shadows Fall' is
     among the most interesting and comprises of a single 20 minute
     piece laced with samples vocals and choral sounds. This is
     genuinely haunting music and sounds something like a group of
     child spirits trapped beneath a deserted church in the middle of
     the English countryside, with David Tibet whispering in the
     background somewhere. The second disc 'All the Pretty Horses' is a
     little more obvious for want of a better word, and contains some
     of Current 93's finest songs, before the trilogy comes to a
     satisfying close with 'The Starres are Marching Sadly Home', again
     a single 20 minute piece. This is for me the beginnings of
     acoustic doom - all creaking, screams and bowed instrumentation,
     and looking at David Tibet's current list of collaborators he's
     well aware of what has happened since he released these records.
     They are often thought of as 'apocalyptic' and I don't think I can
     disagree with that, but in the darkness and amongst the doom there
     is a surprising amount of beauty - this is gorgeous music. A
     classic set of records which should be rediscovered immediately."
