'Tears for affairs' is the fourth single released from camera
obscura's acclaimed album 'let's get out of this country'.
singer and writer tracaynne said that when she wrote the song
she fantasised about it getting on to some kind of david lynch
soundtrack because it's a bit sleazy. The track has a
wistfully climbing organ line and cascading response vocals.
between the two, guitars, pianos, accordions, cellos and
violins produce fairground tales of regretted affairs. the
limited 7" vinyl features a cover of abba song 'super trouper'
