" Longtime breakstep legend Darqwan offers up his first
proper release for Tectonic, and it's safe to say it's a
beast. I'm not sure if the Sheffield based producer has
been listening to a lot of early Warp, but there's
definitly some 90's electronica influence on 'Butm' with
lush synth washes and a stripped electro aesthetic
pervading the usual heavyweight bass and halfstep beat.
'Gud money' on the flip contains some properly lethal
subbass movements, naked soundsystem business with only
the barest essentials. yet another cracking release from
Tectonic. "
