dXb Release Notes dXb
dXb dXb
dXb PLAYHOUSE continues its legendary and notorious dXb
dXb compilation series named FAMOUS WHEN DEAD with its dXb
dXb fifth edition. Conceived to collect and present the dXb
dXb labels 12" highlights, this time it features some dXb
dXb unreleased rarities by the likes of ISOLEE, MY MY and dXb
dXb new arrivals EINZELKIND and SIMON BAKER plus the dXb
dXb biggest and most inspiring hits since the last dXb
dXb volume. This is a real gem in the 13 year history of dXb
dXb one of Germany's most style shaping and capricious dXb
dXb labels and a listening pleasure par excellence for dXb
dXb all fans and friends out there! dXb
dXb dXb
dXb It starts with REWORK's latest 12" title track "LOVE dXb
dXb LOVE LOVE YEAH", a bass driven manifest for love by dXb
dXb the Stuttgart trio. Take one half of SMASH TV, add dXb
dXb DAVE DK, mix it well and you have a post-LFO dXb
dXb hauntingly house track with "MONO RAIN". Would you dXb
dXb believe that EINZELKIND's background stems from many dXb
dXb years in producing drum & bass? The Frankfurt duo dXb
dXb presents the A-side from their debut for Playhouse, dXb
dXb "SPAM BOT". ALTER EGO's ROMAN FLUEGEL is represented dXb
dXb twice on this compilation - like REWORK - for whom he dXb
dXb did the 7" only remix of their little ditty "JOGGING dXb
dXb BEAT". A wonderful light- hearted pop jewel! But dXb
dXb first we hear the title track taken from his last dXb
dXb solo album under the SOYLENT GREEN banner where he dXb
dXb exploits his excursions into house music. Solid, dXb
dXb groovy and irresistible! SIMON BAKER's "PLASTIK" is dXb
dXb making quite a splash these days, getting worldwide dXb
dXb club play already by some of the most influential DJs dXb
dXb around. Baker also runs INFANT RECORDS in conjunction dXb
dXb with 2020 VISION, and will get a proper 12" with this dXb
dXb massive tune on Playhouse very soon. Another newcomer dXb
dXb is BOARDROOM member (see their releases on sister dXb
dXb label KLANG ELEKTRONIK) PETE LAZONBY, who some might dXb
dXb remember from his mid nineties classic "Sacred dXb
dXb Cycles". With "I MISS U" he created a cool rockin' dXb
dXb club smasher to set dancefloors on fire. LOSOUL took dXb
dXb UNKNOWNMIX' "THE SIREN" from 1989 and straightened it dXb
dXb in his very special way. This edit is hotter than dXb
dXb hot! Cologne's MAX MOHR can be heard with the quirky dXb
dXb "LUCKY GO WILD" taken from his recent debut album dXb
dXb "TRICKMIXER'S REVENGE". ISOLEE heads off to another dXb
dXb beautiful space escapade with the yet unreleased dXb
dXb track "THE JACKO THEME". We have a lift off here, dXb
dXb definitely! Another unreleased track from the vaults dXb
dXb is "SOUHTHERN COMFORT" by MY MY, who delivered one of dXb
dXb the most anticipated albums in 2006 with "SONGS FOR dXb
dXb THE GENTLE". The smooth and soft drink they pour in dXb
dXb the glass here, shows their versatility very well and dXb
dXb is a real listening pearl. No strings attached? You dXb
dXb bet there are lot of strings here... dXb
dXb dXb
dXb Famous? Yes! Dead? No way! dXb
