Releasenotes:
TAKEOFF welcomes a landmark release for its thirteenth outing as label
founder Space 92 joins forces with Alignment for their first-ever
collaboration, 'Proton', landing July 17. Bringing together two of the
most influential names in modern peak-time techno, 'Proton' is a
relentless dancefloor weapon built for maximum impact. Driven by pounding
drums, hypnotic synth sequences and an ever-escalating sense of momentum,
the track locks listeners into a powerful groove from the very first beat.
Dark futuristic textures and razor-sharp production create an intense
atmosphere throughout, while expertly crafted breakdowns build tension
before unleashing waves of explosive energy. Blending Space 92's cinematic
approach to sound design with Alignment's uncompromising drive, the result
is a track engineered for festival main stages, warehouse floors and
peak-time club moments alike. As their first studio collaboration,
'Proton' showcases the natural chemistry between two artists who continue
to shape the sound of contemporary techno. Raw, powerful and relentlessly
effective, the track delivers a statement of intent from both producers at
the top of their game. With TK013, TAKEOFF continues its mission of
pushing cutting-edge techno to the forefront, adding another essential
release to the label's rapidly growing catalogue.
