The Hat are a quartet of incredibly talented individuals, who
are all multi-instrumentalists. They mix storytelling with
pop hooks, gospel style harmonies and cinematic live music.
Since sunday bests first bestival event in 2004, the hat have
curated and hosted the bandstand stage. Legendary eight-hour
sets and outstanding musicianship have won them many
supporters and a great reputation. Both the bees & mystery
jets have since asked the hat to be their tour support act.
In 2006, rob da bank debuted the hat track 3am (drunken
lullaby) to great critical acclaim on his folk off
compilation. The track now features as the b-side to this
single. this is their 1st and only studio recording available
as such its highly exclusive.
