A re-release of an earlier single that originally just
about scraped into the top forty in late 2006, the
Holloways' 'Generator '07' will be a huge shock to the
system for those not familiar with this still pretty
obscure (a mention in NME doth not a lot of fame bring)
band. Its brash nature means this could be the
break-through the band desperately need.
'Generator '07' is everything from ska to a little punk
and some pop thrown in there. The vocals are fast-paced
and almost trip over each other at times, with the guitars
twanging away almost violently ala something Fleetwood Mac
might have produced circa the period of 'Albatross'.
