single from the album 'our earthly pleasures'.
not since the smiths have we heard such a
beautifully melacholic song written for those that
have loved and lost. breathtaking.
limited edition blue vinyl 7" two comes backed by
exclusive b-side 'don mcphee', continuing the
series of songs inspired by paul smith's
fascination with peoples' lives as he reads their
obituaries.
'don mcphee' was a photographer for the guardian
whilst 'mary o brien' on 'our velocity' was dusty
springfield's alter ego.
these celebrations of individuals' lives are set to
guitarist duncan lloyd's folk inspired, home
recorded tunes, and there'll be more tributes to
follow.
