From the Larry label celebrating the life and times of Mr. Levan
comes this this somewhat controversial little twelve.
Rumour was that Side A was an edit medley of favourite tracks
prepared by Francois K for Larry's birthday and presented at a
Paradise Garage party. Then some other rumours followed...Whatever
the story we may never know but the shit is hot and deserves to be
heard.
Side B is the full length version of a Dee Dee Bridgewater cut that was edited down for its commercial release in 1979.
