One of the UK's brightest, up and coming labels, Sumsonic celebrates its
10th release by releasing the new Sleepfreaks single, and for the first
time ever it has a remix as opposed to a b-side.
And who better than the mighty 'Killahurtz', hot off their success with
their track West On 27th on Hooj and their acclaimed remix of Innate's
Changes on Platipus.
The original is a typical Sleepfreaks production with all the trademark
sounds and effects, including deep electronic grooves, shifting analogue
stabs and eerie vocals that drift in and out with the rhythmic effects.
The Killahurtx mix however is pure peaktime electronic madness with mad
filtered drum loops and tight percussion, almost certain to rock large
sound systems with its crazy breakdowns and dirty analogue hooks.
Remixes from 2 Sinners and Substructure will also follow later in the
year, and will no doubt be just as massive.
