Mexican producer Sakro debuted 14 years ago with this EP on Housework. That
was a time when deep house was the sound du for, way before everything got
faster and harder and more manic. We seem to be circling back to those
vibes again now so this is a timely reissue. 'Believe It (with Paravoice)'
has dusty percussion and warm chord infusions, 'Deep Choice' is a dreamy
one for wilfully emptying your mind of anything but pleasant thoughts and
then comes the highlight for us: 'Jazz In The Forest' has melancholy in the
chords which are draped heavily over a timeless deep house groove. 'Hold Me
Tight' closes with more upright kicks and analogue percussion adding
     accents under wordless coos.
     enjoy!
