Very nearly coming ten volumes and also ten years in, Deep Inspiration Show
Records marks the milestone with a super tasteful selection of house.
'Friends of the Deep' gathers Sundaze Lab, Melchior Sultana, Zarenzeit and
Brad Peterson into four tracks that traverse sun-drenched grooves for
intimate early evening gatherings for something more introspective as the
darkness sets in. Sultana's jazz guitar touches on 'Seaside' feel perfectly
organic, then Zarenzeit's remix shifts the mood into dreamier exploratory
territory. Brad P's flip side contributions are the record's emotional
centre - 'Years Don't Lie' unfolds with mature, soulful string-laden depth
while 'Metaphysics' channels the timeless Nu Groove spirit from stripped
percussion into full uplifting arrangement. Lush.
     enjoy!
