     Release Notes:

     Johnny Kemp got a lot of mileage out of a song written for him
     by Kashif, "Just Another Lover." The single was a huge hit in
     the mid-'80s and gave Kemp's debut album for Columbia a great
     start. Kemp, a session vocalist and composer who had worked
     with Millie Jackson, Glenn Jones, and Change while penning
     songs for the B.B. & Q. band, put plenty of effort and energy
     into these tracks, but too often expended his resources on
     routine material. But it was well produced, and he did well
     enough with the single to get a second album for the label.
