As kid from the 80s Kay-Chi started an early musical journey
influenced by John Carpenter’s Escape From New York. Years later
exactly this movie was the inspiration for the songs compiled on the
„Brighter Shadows“ EP. While watching it again in his
studio he played along on his synthesizers and wrote new music, his
very own music, for it. This has been an unfullfilled wish since his
childhood that now came true by this great release.
