| - Unlock eight heroes: begin as Pyra, then earn new characters |
| through successful ascents. Every hero has four distinct |
| abilities and a different way to fight. |

| and ropes, and battle each realm's guardian. |
| At the final Pantheon, collect four keys and enter a sealed |

| Complete an ascent on Normal or higher to unlock THE PIT, a tall, |
| narrow endless arena. There is no Ascension Gateway. |
| Enemy pressure keeps rising, the roster expands, and guardians |
| descend into the fight. |

| Survive longer, defeat more enemies and bring down guardians to |
| chase your local high score. Your record keeps its hero, difficulty |
| and selected Decrees, with personal records for individual rulesets |
| too. |
