bingo you got it, yes we too realize track02 and track05 are the same.
unfortunately this is how we've received the promo cd; we ripped and
tagged accordingly to the printed track listing. it would make a lot
of sense if we would just leave out the last track but as rule #7
states the whole cd/vinyl must be ripped.
