Greg Wilson's new B77 label starts life with the first of three
Sugardaddy remix EPs. The duo, who comprise of Tim Hutton and
Groove Armada's Tom Findlay, caused a commotion a while back on
Tirk with their "Love Honey" cover. These unreleased tracks get the
Greg Wilson touch, resulting in the soulful song "Hypnotise"
turning into some wicked slo-mo groove with a mad warped bassline
and killer old school house effects. Digging deeper into the 4/4
heritage is "Hate Love Passion", a track which simmers with intent
and makes excellent use of Greg's historical references.
