rae & christian is the hottest production team out of manchester,
england. theyÆve remixed everyone from faze action and lamb, to
moby and eagle eye cherry ( just to name a few), as well as
released their own critically acclaimed cds, sleepwalking and
northern sulphuric soul. mark rae is the dj, beat merchant, and
lyricist, while steve christian is the composer and production
wizard. with an ambitious mix of real instrumentation,
songwriting, guest vocalists, and the best that technology has to
offer, their ever-progressing sound includes a creative blend of
hip hop, nu-soul, and the most cutting edge beats. one of the best
live dj acts around, theyÆre already creating a buzz for their
standout remix of dinah washingtonÆs "is you is or is you ainÆt my
baby?".
