Release Notes:
Phelim and Donni met in Bristol around 1997, A love
of good lyrics and music brought them together. They
we're signed after a short time by virgin/melancolik
and released their critically acclaimed debut
ORDINARY MAN in 2000. Recorded in Bristol/London and
mixed in L.A by Producer Mario Caldato jr. A heavy
touring schedule followed with the guys taking in
much of europe. They then decamped to L.A to work
with Mario again in his home studio. On their return
all was not well in "Record Company Land" so the
guys left and ventured into the big wide world.
Returning to normality enabled Phelim and Matthew to
focus on writing quality songs for the right
reasons, When things are tough the work seemed to
improve. We do not reccomend this for the faint
hearted. Their music has featured in many
Film/Tv/Advertising campaigns including, Cruel
Intentions,The Big Tease,Six feet under,Trigger
happy tv. In 2007 the group found a new home with
One Little Indian records, Their new lp Probably Art
will be out in october with their first live shows
for 5 years in support of the release.
