an early album by monday michiru, and it's a great batch of funky
soul tunes with a jazz tinge, performed by monday herself, with
help from guests like dj krush, united future organization, and
love tko. there's a cool remake of herbie hancock's classic
"maiden voyage" which begins and ends the record, and which shows
up in a full version in the middle, plus lots of other great
originals, like "yellow rain", "hear between the silence", "secret
desire", and "what is jazz". all tracks are great, with the solid
emotion, deep soul, and funky beats that we've come to expect from
monday's work.
