Anthony Nicholson has been producing music since 1992, first coming
to fame when he met Ron Trent and started releasing records under
various pseudonyms such as Urban Sound Gallery and African Blues on
the hugely sought after and influential Prescription &
Clairaudience labels.
This gem slipped out on Dixon's label in 2000.

Anthony Nicholson is our number one celebrity-impersonator, ask him
to do his "Dixon" impersonation. Besides that he has been producing
music since 1992. Many have already heard his output on his own
imprint Clairaudience for which he created such classics as
"Ncamou" or "Ebony Angel" or his releases with Ron Trent from their
outfit Urban Sound Gallery.
On his last tour to Europe he left us a few gems to release.
Everybody is putting the percussion thing into the house-tempo
movement. But this is not just a "four-to-the-floor" percussion
affair: listen carefully and you will know why.
And if you happen to be in Chicago stop at his openminded future
jazz to house club-night at the Funky Buddha Lounge (every 1. and
3. Wednesday of the Month). At the moment he is doing mixes for
Ubiquity (The new Latinaires) and Yellow / Wave (Bossa Tres Jazz).
