║▓║ ║ was around ten years old. Being the son of a publican, ║ ║▓║
║▓║ ║ landlady-landlord, he was encouraged and inspired by the local disc ║ ║▓║
║▓║ ║ jockey who would set up for shows in his parents pub around ║ ║▓║
║▓║ ║ Christmas, New Years Eve and other special events. He was handed his ║ ║▓║
║▓║ ║ first twelve inch from jock (Mick Jackson) and would collect the ║ ║▓║
║▓║ ║ replenished 45's from the juke box in the main bar, which he would ║ ║▓║
║▓║ ║ later mix and splice his own sounds upstairs (bedroom style). Many ║ ║▓║
║▓║ ║ years passed, and it wasn't until he left school and was old enough ║ ║▓║
║▓║ ║ start the whole clubbing process, he quickly regained his enthusiasm ║ ║▓║
║▓║ ║ for current sounds, house music and dancing. This was all amplified ║ ║▓║
║▓║ ║ when in 1988-89 a new era began and the local top 40 club /club goer ║ ║▓║
║▓║ ║ was converted into the acid house raver. The transition was ║ ║▓║
║▓║ ║ explosive and for the next few years raving took over with ║ ║▓║
║▓║ ║ inspiration coming from raves like Sunrise, Energy, Biology, Unity, ║ ║▓║
║▓║ ║ World Dance, Blast Off. and the mangled weekly , with djs Ju and Mr ║ ║▓║
