This EP is the bomb!
New on Eskimo (who it is fair to say have had a great run of late),
is Simone Fedi and from the outset "Belzebu Tales" hooks you in,
with it's sludgy bottom end, slapped bass, funky guitar licks,
synth squiggles, layers of feedback and then the big lead guitar
comes on top of all that making this a total party anthem (for the
boogie disco of course). Over on side-B "Judas!" is a neat little
electronic disco number with some great proggy synth action and
some more lead on top. Last up "2m 6ft" is more of an Italo paced
track with some excellent guitar action.
Really ace new music.
