reunion is back! the duo jens loden and mathias landaeus was one
of the first acts picked up on dialog recordings three years ago.
this third 12" release features remixes of the track "eona" by
jimpster and a new version by reunion themselves.
the main idea of the jimpster mixes is usage of the original piano
solo as the verse and the vocal sample as the refrain. this idea
has its full impact on the ballad tune (jimpster jazz mix) as he
recognized the vocal sample's downtempo character.
the reunion version featured here clearly supports the dance floor
aspect of the track, by replacing the bassline, shortening the
vocal sample and adding percussions.
