Release Notes:

Quand le jeune Gaspesien timide a fait son entree
dans le paysage musical quebecois au debut des
annees 90, il provoqua un effet monstre. Le Quebec
et l'Acadie sont immediatement tombes sous le
charme de chansons comme Nomade sedentaire,
Seigneur, Maudite Jalousie et, plus recemment, sa
reprise toute personnelle du classique Le petit roi
de Ferland. Il etait donc naturel pour Tacca
Musique de regrouper le meilleur de Kevin Parent en
un seul disque pour les souvenirs qu'il rememorera
a toute une generation et la decouverte qu'il
apportera a une nouvelle.

Kevin Parent is one of a handful of Quebec artists
to have sold approximately one million records
throughout the span of his recording career.
Although wary of the public and despite shying away
from stardom, he nonetheless charmed listeners and
garnered countless fans through the power of his
songwriting and quality of his live performances.
This collection includes his greatest songs from
his first three albums on Tacca Musique, now
available for the first time in one definitive
compilation.
