------------
Mary's album, Little Things, is cut from the same cloth as her
brother's, although perhaps from a slightly more worn stretch of
fabric. The weary lament of the title track plays out over the
gentle clicking of typewriter keys - a fine sonic analog for the
world the Everests have created with their music: hopeful and
old-fashioned, yearning for the innocence of childhood, but
comfortably grown-up nonetheless. (www.citypages.com)
