Release Notes:
--------
Pigeon Records announces the 2007 release of Tenure, an eleven song
offering from Portland Maine's Bullyclub.
This decade old band's fourth CD builds on the current lineups' years of
not-quite-adult oriented rock. Maybe "hard soft rock" is a better description.
"Some prolonged adolescence, a little arthritis, and a childish refusal to
turn it down" mark this varied release of loud/quiet storytellings of childhood,
betrayal, longing and dumb decisions. Engineers working on the project have
collectively deemed Tenure as a mix between XTC, The Replacements and Thin
Lizzy (ya, I know!). Try them again for the first time..
