dXb The second instalment of remixes of Jamie Lloyd's dXb
dXb debut album "Trouble Within" come courtesy of the dXb
dXb excellent Drumpoet Community collective from dXb
dXb Switzerland. The Drumpoet releases have been getting dXb
dXb high rotation in the Future Classic offices since the dXb
dXb beginning and its a pleasure to again make a new dXb
dXb connection between our base in Sydney and another dXb
dXb part of the world. dXb

dXb The Soultourist boat is crewed by Philippe Wueger dXb
dXb (Thabo), Tobi (Foster), Ron Shiller, and Pascal dXb
dXb Dubach (Big Clap), with the rowing done in shifts. dXb
dXb The four met while DJing and hanging out at parties dXb
dXb realizing that their cases were packed with nearly dXb
dXb the same records and that they shared a common dXb
dXb musical vision. Soultourist's first 12" was released dXb
dXb on the Sonar Kollektiv after which they have dXb
dXb contributed releases to Swiss label Bit Boutique and dXb
dXb now of course the newly founded Zuerich based dXb
dXb Drumpoet Community label with their excellent Yeah! dXb
dXb and Turn Loose EP's. dXb

dXb The Soultourist remix of Jamie Lloyd's "You Out or dXb
dXb In?" is all class, with the sort of immaculate dXb
dXb production and clarity we'd expect from spending all dXb
dXb that time at high altitude, or perhaps an Autumnal dXb
dXb dip in Lake Zuerich? The bass is tight, the drums dXb
dXb crisp and there's musicality throughout (including dXb
dXb some awesome keys) which we applaud! dXb
dXb dXb
dXb Quarion was moving from Zuerich to Berlin while doing dXb
dXb this remix, and he thinks the results are revealing dXb
dXb of this move, with a deephouse take on the dXb
dXb nu-wave-of-rave he was enjoying during his first dXb
dXb weeks in Berlin. A rewarding addition to the box or dXb
dXb laptop of any DJ who enjoyed his excellent Karusu EP dXb
dXb on Drumpoet.. or perhaps an introduction to someone dXb
dXb new to keep an eye on! dXb
