Release Notes: ░██▓
██▒
"One for the production heads, from Presto of Concrete ██░
Grooves. A-side features 3 downtempo instrumentals. The ██
first track "Dazed(1)" opens with "Iron Leg" type fuzz, and ██
breaks into some truly melodic instrumentation. A fresh ██
kills combo. "Lost In Rhodes(2)" is my favorite on this side ██
with tender Rhodes licks over a Jay Dee-esque drum/bass kit. ██
It doesn't really travel anywhere, but that's where I like ██
it. Also check "Avenues(3)," but watch your step, you might ██
get lost in those deep drum pockets. Flip features "Breath ██
Control(4)," a vocal track featuring emcee Lowd and ██
scratches by Haul. The triumvirate is golden as Presto lays ██
down a crispy groundwork and Haul delicately manhandles the ██
scratch phrasing. This 12" is impressive throughout. ██
Instrumental version for "Breath" included." ██
