- Release Notes ------------------------------------------------------------- -
The Chase are proud to present their second studio E.P. 'The Glamour and The
Shame'. Under the wing of producer Jason Wilcock (Fightstar, Ghost Of A
Thousand, Rueben), it's the London 5 pieces most mature and carefully crafted
work to date. ItÆs a crusade to keep music exciting, each song a battle
ground where the band let everything they love fuse and collide - done with
passion, style and sincerity. Anthemic sing-a-longs, huge choruses and softer
moments lock horns with loud riffs, dark breakdowns and a fist full of
aggression, its bringing those familiar sounds we love together which creates
something unique and interestingà as well as a few surprises along the way.
Having stuck it out longer than most in the UK scene, The Chase have had the
opportunity to grow and progress as artists. Having stuck to their guns and
dismissed all the phases and fashions in music which have come and gone they
are now ready to enter a new epoch in their journey. Welcome to The Glamour
and The Shameà
"Check this band out, I did.. It was good.. I like it. Simple as, it's good
and I like it."
Daniel P Cartel - BBC Radio One Rock Show.
