Release Notes:

The members of New Trolls have gone through various splits and reformations over
the years but in 2007, the two main men - Vittorio De Scalzi and Nico Di Paolo -
put together a new lineup and recorded Concerto Grosso No. 3 - "The Seven
Seasons". This is a 2 CD/DVD set that was recorded on the tour to support the
release of that album. The band is backed by the Orchestra San Marco. Material
consists of all three Concerto Grosso recordings as well as other albums
including Searching For A Land. The recording is fantastic and is matched by the
performance. The only disappointment is that vocals are in English instead of
the original Italian but that is a small annoyance. The DVD (PAL region 0) is
pro-shot and lots gorgeous. Filmed outdoors at the Piazza Unita d'Italia on
August 15, 2007 it gives you a chance to see a band that will probably never
cross the pond. A superb set - highest recommendation.
