█▓ █▓█ ▀ ▀ █▓█ ▓█
█ █▓█ He is from Ploiesti, Romania. he started to study music █▓█ █
█ █▓█ from first grade up to highschool and he followed the █▓█ █
█ █▓█ musical career - he is currently studying Violin at the █▓█ █
█ █▓█ Brasov Conservatory, Romania and this summer he will █▓█ █
█ █▓█ get my degree in music. █▓█ █
█ █▓█ █▓█ █
█ █▓█ His music knoledge is well based in the classical arts, █▓█ █
█ █▓█ and it tends to come alive in his electronic music that █▓█ █
█ █▓█ he has been making for about 8 years. █▓█ █
█ █▓█ █▓█ █
█ █▓█ he currently act as a composer/producer, remixer, and █▓█ █
█ █▓█ DJ (lately rarely). He produce progressive & electro █▓█ █
█ █▓█ house and trance tracks, with various inflences like █▓█ █
█ █▓█ electro pop rock, underground tracks and so on. He █▓█ █
█ █▓█ absolutely love Royksopp, Telepop Music and lots of █▓█ █
█ █▓█ producers like Axwell, Max Graham, Eric Pryds and many, █▓█ █
█ █▓█ many more. █▓█ █
█ █▓█ █▓█ █
█ █▓█ He always try to combine the latest trends in █▓█ █
█ █▓█ electronic music with my own stile, with his emotions █▓█ █
█ █▓█ and sources of inspitations. Thus the sounds are highly █▓█ █
█ █▓█ up-to-date digital, or old-school analog. █▓█ █
█ █▓█ █▓█ █
█ █▓█ His tracks were first played by clubbing radio stations █▓█ █
█ █▓█ like Radio Deea, TC Radio an Australian-based radio █▓█ █
█ █▓█ station.Then he acted as a DJ on Radio R and TC Radio, █▓█ █
█ █▓█ whom started to play his tracks. He Hosted the morning █▓█ █
█ █▓█ show on Radio R (currently offline I think). Entitled █▓█ █
█ █▓█ "Matinal cu DJ Cata" (Morning show with DJ Cata), it █▓█ █
█ █▓█ had 1 basic principle: Dance music on empty stomach. It █▓█ █
█ █▓█ also ranged with slow tracks, hip-hop and romanian █▓█ █
█ █▓█ songs. █▓█ █
█ █▓█ █▓█ █
█ █▓█ The summer of 2008 was really busy for him. First he █▓█ █
█ █▓█ signed a track called "Sharp Attitude" to Emote Music █▓█ █
█ █▓█ and he made a couple of remixes, like "Kristi & Yoyo - █▓█ █
█ █▓█ Myway (DJCata Remix). █▓█ █
█ █▓█ In the autumm, he signed another track with L8 Night █▓█ █
█ █▓█ Records called "Wow!" and he is currently working on █▓█ █
█ █▓█ making a vocal short mix of it so it can be played on █▓█ █
█ █▓█ local commercial radios. █▓█ █
█ █▓█ Fall 2007 he also remixed "Ugur Soygur - Overbias █▓█ █
█ █▓█ (DJCata Remix), that's currently well received in the █▓█ █
█ █▓█ USA. █▓█ █
