INHEPSIE is a french band living near Paris. Cathy and Jean, who
had already created the gothic metal band "AD VITAM AETERNAM"
decided in july 2001 to create the side project "INHEPSIE".
The duo composes song melting metal, classical and tribal musics
with a atmospheric ambiance.
The lyrics, all in french, are conceptual with a poetic sense.
INHEPSIE recorded in 2002 its first album at the AWAKE STUDIO
in the city of Houilles (suburb of Paris) with the help of Raphaδl Huygues.
Despite the fact this album had been acorded without a lot of means,
the band was signed for "ORACLE" at H.A.R (SACRAL Prod.)
which takes in charge to diffuse and promote the album. A limited
version of it was even distributed in a velvet book.
After technical problems, two years were lost ; so the band decided to
invest in mixing and mastering equipement and could recorded their
second opus "ORBE". Mixing and mastering were made, in the
NAGA STUDIO in Paris, by StΘphane Brand.
The higher quality of the recording allowed the band to contact
other labels (H.A.R. ceased its activities).
As the promotional priority for the labels is the live performances,
Cathy et Jean searched for session musicians.
So They contacted Alain, bass player, in MACHINA DEUS EX ,
and Humphrey (WARGASM) who has participed in numerous metal
projects, and Leonard, drum player in FAERYHELL (prog. metal).
They all joined the band in july 2006 and began to rehearsal in July.
Some live performances were made last year. INHEPSIE played as
guest with THE CRUXSHADOWS in Paris.
