In 1983, Aldo Haydar started his career as a Dj,
working at Rockolla discotheque in Madrid, Spain,
where Kraftwerk, B52's, New Order and Ultravox
played live shows usually. By this time up to
1985, Aldo Haydar worked at the best night clubs
of that town like Leather, Studio 12 and Pacha.
During the decade, he went on tour with the number
one DJ Paul Oakenfold. They played together in San
Pablo and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, where Aldo was
an artistic producer of Columbia discotheque in
San Pablo and Opera Rock in Porto Alegre.

Aldo Haydar's got a distinctive and personal
style, influenced by the European house and
progressive house music, which creates special
grooves and atmospheres on the dance floor. That's
why Aldo is one of the most importants and famous
argentinian Djs. A prove of that is what Ministry
of Sound wrote about him: "Aldo Haydar played an
amazing set of sexy house and his album on Sum
            Records called London Underground perfectly
reflects what a master behind the decks this man
            is".

He played with Jodi (Way out West) and Utah
Saints, in the two last parties that MOS made in
Buenos Aires at club 'Big One', where over 3,000
people follow the resident Dj Aldo Haydar every
Saturday. Because of his incredible performances,
Aldo became an international figure who's shows
extended to Brazil and Uruguay, where he used to
be resident of 'Gitana' in Punta del Este News at
            the exclusive summer periods.

Aldo Haydar participated in many important
argentinian raves like: Underground Park, No
Limits Rave Festival, Rave Southamerican Tour 98,
Ultimate Rave v2.v, Vive Cordoba 98, Dance Parade
Festival at Divino Beach in Mar del Plata, Energy
Parade Parties, Energy Rave Day I and II and
Energy Ravevolution I and II, whose compilated CDS
Ravevolution Session I and II were selected,
remixed and compiled for BMG company by Haydar.
Those were best sellers in 1998 and 1999, also the
video clip Nine Drivers, which had a high rotation
on MTV and MuchMusic channels. Institutionally,
Aldo participated of the first official events
dedicated to the electronic culture Ciclo
Alternativa 1999 and 2000, organized by Buenos
Aires City Government at Centro Cultural San
            Martin.

Continuing with his discographic activities, Aldo
Haydar recorded Sweetly Summer (2000), with
singles of Moby, Basement Jaxx, and many others.
He presented it at Cream 2000 (in Buenos Aires)
with the international dj Deep Dish, and a lot of
national artists. His fourth CD was London
Underground (2001) which received great views
            around the world, included Mos.com

His fifth CD it's called Expansion (2002), where
he shows to be the pioneer DJ and first promoter
of the Progressive House style in Buenos Aires.
The compilation includes Timo Maas, Oliver Moldan,
Killahurtz, Trancetters and Dominion singles, and
Feeway of his own authority. The CD was sold out
            in its first edition.

His most important event was when he performed at
Creamfields Buenos Aires, from its first edition
in 2001, where about 20,000 people danced with the
best Djs in the world as Paul Oakenfold, Dave
Seaman, Howie B, Justin Robertson, Satoshi Tomiie,
Way Out West, Danny Rampling, Dj Dan, Layo &
Bushwacka!, Circulation, and so on. He also played
in the following editions of Creamfields Buenos
Aires 2002 (25,000 people) and 2003, which counted
            with 32,000 people.

Nowadays he continues with the residence at 'Big
One' and 'Fiction Club' and he's still on tour
around the country, sponsored by Speed Unlimited.
