    Written by McClusky & Humphries, except 1,2, & 5 by McClusky, and 7 by 
    Warren & Gordon.

    The second album from Andy McClusky and Paul Humphries was very nearly a
    complete backlash against their pop successes of the previous album. A 
    moody, dark and brooding work, "Organisation" was written and demoed in 
    their self-built studio (The Gramophone Suite) and recorded and mixed at 
    Ridge Farm Studios. It's very clear that Joy Division (who OMD had toured 
    with a bit earlier in the year) had some influence on their sound. The 
    album contains arguably their best single (and the first to hit number 1
    on any chart): Enola Gay. It was also the only single from the album. 
    This remastered version adds in a few additional great odds and ends from
    1980. It also sounds light years better than the original pressing I 
    still have on original vinyl. Enjoy this masterpiece of early 1980's 
    musical genius!

    work as a group.
