While the shimmering effect on the guitars is so quintessentially
Cocteau Twins, An April March is closer in atmosphere with Curve. These
songs are not remotely Curve-like but Danella Hocevar, the band's
singer songwriter, has a voice so sultry that it rivals Toni Halliday's
come hither attack. The EP is definitely filled with ethereal pieces,
the best of the lot is "Fate", a slow dance to doom.
