True to their chosen moniker, the Little Ones come in small packages. Their
recorded debut in 2006 was an EP called Sing Song, and the combo's next offering
will be another EP, this one called Terry Tales & Fallen Gates. It comes out
April 8 in the U.S. (the day before in the UK) via the L.A. band's own Branches
Recording Collective, and it will be available digitally, on tour, and at select
independent stores.
The Little Ones are self-releasing Terry Tales & Fallen Gates after being
dropped from EMI earlier this year. That business snafu held up the release of
the band's still forthcoming debut full-length, Morning Tide. But do not fear,
little ones, for the band plans to release the record this summer after its U.S.
co-headlining tour with Ra Ra Riot.
