| Once again we are proud to present the downbeat compilation |
| Chillosophy and it is the new & improved no. 3 in the series, |
| compiled by our own downbeat gourmet, Dj Seb from Ooze. With an |
| addiction to downbeat he has stretched out all his connections |
| to find this amazing material that walks the paths of lounge, |
| ambient, trip hop, dubto give you all some soothing and |
| interesting laidback moments. |

| 1. Omnimotion - life hymn in dub |
| To keep tradition we let Stefan Lundahl open the journey and |
| with releases on Intechill, Liquid Sound Design and an album |
| release on US label Waveform this is the sheer proof of his |
| collected talent. |
| |
| 2. Ooze - snowflower |
| Dj Seb, here teaming up with vocalist Lena from Skin to Skin, |
| who has compiled and been part of the other two Chillosophies, |
| give us a taster of his second album to be released this autumn |
| on German label Spirit Zone, home to his debut album. |
| |
| 3. Jens Buchert - reflections |
| Has produced chill out and ambient since 1995 and have since |
| released loads of music on many different labels and notable |
| among these are his album "fruit machine" on Plusquam rec and |
| his new album "sunrider", just out on Liquid Lounge. A lot of |
| his music has also been used for synchronisation on TV and |
| motion pictures in Europe and US. |

| 4. Ticon - the first moment |
| The Swedish boys who are just hot with their new trance album |
| "aero", once again show us a far stretching talent. |
| |
| 5. Legion of Green Men - hotbox highway |
| The enigmatic duo of Lex & Rew have been the pioneers of |
| Canacian electronica for more than 15 years. The first |
| attention they got from releases on their own label Post |
| Contemporary beginning of the 90s. The first album, "spatial |
| specific" was released on Richie Hawtins Plus 8 in 1995, |
| re-issued by Virgin/EMI Canada a year later, and stillcontinues |
| to receive praises. The second album, "floating in shallow |
| water" was released in 1999 by Post Contemporary |
| for US and Swim for the UK. |

| 6. Stressassassin - martial meditation |
| Henrik Jonsson the dub mechanic from Gothenburg, Sweden, gives |
| us a stripped down emotional story with what we hope is the |
| taster for his upcoming second album on Spiral trax records. |
| |
| 7. Spiritjack - nazo-x |
| Tetsuya Hirano is a Japanese pioneer of electronic soundscapes |
| and his Zen style of simplicity has been awarded recognition |
| from many corners of the scene ... among his releases the |
| album "sensisizer" is the most prominent. |
| |
| 8. Vibrasphere - manzanilla |
| Having been featured on "Back to Mine" compiled by Talvin Singh |
| and the "Fashion Week" cd from the Buddha Bar label, Rickard & |
| Robert are no newcomers in the field. Again they deliver a |
| masterpiece of ethnic chill & dub. |

| 9. Foxglove - part of you |
| Foxglove is a downbeat collaboration between Natasha |
| Chamberlain and Seb Taylor who both have much experience in the |
| electronic field; Natasha as a highly requested dj playing |
| lounge at among others Pathaans (Stoned Asia) and as a vocalist |
| for many projects. Seb is better known for his productions |
| under the moniker Shakta/Digitalis but has had many chill |
| releases, appearing on compilations such as Buddha Bar and |
| getting TV synchronisation to HBO series "Sex and the city". |
| |
| 10. Son Kite - million wishes |
| The internationally known trance duo do not have many chill |
| releases but quality comes before quantity doesnÆt it? Their |
| track "aiwana" (downbeat mix) got licensed to many major chill |
| comps and here they outdo themselves with an exquisite track!!! |
| |
| 11. Aztech - manifesto |
| Deep and mature chill from Tobias Lilja who has been with us |
| all the way and has a debut album coming on US Non Response. |
| |
| 12. Mere Mortals - aloft |
| Mere Mortals is the project of Dan and Cristinha Hamdrabur who |
| live and work out of Bucharest, Romania. His classical training |
| & production skills and her lovely voice team up to beautiful |
| releases on labels like Interchill, Harthouse, L.S.D., Stoned |
| Asia. |
| |
| 13. El LCD - sn÷ pσ Hissingen (CBL carbonator rmx) Also from |
| Gothenburg comes Daniel & Johannes create a specific sound |
| hovering somewhere between acidic climax and lo-fi rhythms, |
| granular textures and crunchy landscapes. They are currently |
| working on their debut to come out on Ultimae records. |
