Redivider, from Toronto, formed in 1995. The band wants to be more than
just rock and roll. It embraces a philosophy of hope, compassion and
giving. Artistically, the guys believe in innovation. Its live show is
energetic and often unpredictable due to its obsession with
improvisation. The album is quirky and ecletic, utilizing many
different styles and instruments. Redivider isn't cock rock, schlock
rock, shock rock, mock rock, rot gut or dock rock: they simply like to
make beautiful music.
