█ █▓░█ Eagle Seagull are an indie rock band from Lincoln, █░▓█ █
█ █▓░█ Nebraska. █░▓█ █

█ █▓░█ Formed in early 2004 in the midwest college town of █░▓█ █
█ █▓░█ Lincoln, NE, Eagle Seagull were an immediate buzz in █░▓█ █
█ █▓░█ the independent Nebraska music scene and began █░▓█ █
█ █▓░█ recording their record in November of 2004 - a task █░▓█ █
█ █▓░█ that continued off and on for the next eight months. █░▓█ █
█ █▓░█ Released in October of 2005, it was hailed by many █░▓█ █
█ █▓░█ critics as one of the best albums of that year and █░▓█ █
█ █▓░█ garnered considerable national and international █░▓█ █
█ █▓░█ attention. In 2006, the band signed to Lado, based in █░▓█ █
█ █▓░█ Hamburg, who released the album in Europe in August █░▓█ █
█ █▓░█ of 2006. They are best known for their single █░▓█ █
█ █▓░█ "Photograph", which charted at #2 in the Austrian █░▓█ █
█ █▓░█ Indie Charts. Their album reached #8 on the same █░▓█ █
█ █▓░█ chart. In January and February of 2007, Eagle Seagull █░▓█ █
█ █▓░█ completed their first major European tour. █░▓█ █
