dXb You could be forgiven for mistaking Rhadoo for the dXb
dXb kind of guy that thinks he has all the time in the dXb
dXb world. After all, his musicùlike the four tracks on dXb
dXb this, his first EP for Cadenzaùwatches no clock dXb
dXb (except possibly the timer that tells him when the dXb
dXb vinyl is about to run out). Nine minutes, 12 minutes, dXb
dXb 13, 13 and a half... His tracks are the opposite of dXb
dXb hurried. They're languorous, luxurious, positively dXb
dXb decadent. Stretching out atop a cushion of velvety dXb
dXb beats, his music caresses infinity in every dXb
dXb repetition. dXb

dXb With Dor Mit Oru, Rhadoo follows through on that dXb
dXb promise, throwing the doors wide open with the sly dXb
dXb fury of a benevolent Pandora. The double EP is dXb
dXb nothing if not ambitious, featuring four long, dXb
dXb evolving tracks that forego gimmicks in favor of a dXb
dXb deeper kind of engagement. What upon first listen dXb
dXb sounds minimal, thanks to a familiar palette of dXb
dXb treated percussion, slight harmonic squiggles, and dXb
dXb not much else, reveals itself to be far denser, dXb
dXb deeper, and more nuanced. Unusually hypnotic, dXb
dXb Rhadoo's tracks blindfold the listener, spinning you dXb
dXb round like a dervish, until dizziness dissolves into dXb
dXb pure weightlessness. dXb

dXb What makes Rhadoo's grooves so different? It's dXb
dXb impossible to put your finger on, but it has dXb
dXb something to do with his curious sense of dXb
dXb timekeeping. His beats flex with the twitchy dXb
dXb fallibility of human muscles. His melodic phrases dXb
dXb stretch far beyond the familiar confines of the four dXb
dXb -bar loop, unfurling to fill space in a way seemingly dXb
dXb without measure. Insistent, almost tribal patterns dXb
dXb are atomized into boundless orbits. It also has dXb
dXb something to do with Rhadoo's approach to sound, dXb
dXb fusing the reassuring warmth of acoustic percussion dXb
dXb with the shimmering timbres of the digital dXb
dXb imagination, as though threading catgut and horsehair dXb
