Following the highly successful Bugged Out releases by Felix Da
Housecat and a Suck My Deck mix by Ivan Smagge, the series
continues with the debut double CD mix from one of the UK's most
unique DJs - Erol Alkan. Erol's profile is continually growing both
as a DJ and producer, remixing for the likes of Alter Ego, Bloc
Party and Chemical Brothers. His "Bugged Out" mix perfectly
represents his storming club sets, mixing the classic with the
cutting edge he showcases his electro house sound, with plenty of
his own special re-edits. lIn contrast, the "Bugged In" mix is a
late night trip through Erol's hugely diverse record collection,
with melodic and majestic prog rock and psychadelica featuring
heavily.
