Somwhere in the middle of electronica and jazz, this band has only been
around a short time. They've won awards like Jazzen I Sikte 2002,
followed by a gig at Nattjazz. The band also appeared on the
HappyFewRec-compilation Bergen Allstars vol 1, with the song "Vivid",
which got a lot of airplay on UK underground radio. Clubjazz,
collective improvisation, loops and electronica. They've also been
talking to several good labels, so the future looks bright for Elektro
Ompaniet.
