The German trance duo Der Dritte Raum ("The Third Room") paired DJs
Andreas Kruger and Ralf Uhrlandt. Signed to Sven Vath's Harthouse
label, they debuted with the full-length Mental Modulator;before
was released the EP Elektro Disco, and Wellenbad followed in 1996,
and three years later Der Dritte Raum returned with Spaceglider
("Raumgleiter" in Europe). Their real debut on a double LP was as
Dr. DNA,on,but they have a lot more of projects,as Perpetuum Mobile
(on Confused recordings), Plaste & Elaste (on Le Petit Prince
records).
Admirers of the progressive house music could hear a track
Polarstern in a known series of the CD mixes Northern Exposure -
Expeditions (volume 3) presented by John Digweed & Sasha .
Their last release as Der Dritte Raum is the album "Klubraum" .
